Compass Mobile Imaging is still an independent, locally owned and operated mobile x-ray service, encompassing the, Newcastle, Hunter and Central Coast areas with over 25 years’ experience in diagnostic imaging.
The Residential Aged Care Facilities in the Newcastle Hunter region have embraced the benefits of using the mobile x-ray service for the imaging needs of their residents. Together with these facilities we are proud to be removing the stress of the x-ray examination. Already many hundreds of residents have been spared ambulance trips and hospital waiting times.
We provide all facets of general radiographic examinations in a caring, compassionate professional manner. With the state –of-the-art technology & fully qualified and accredited staff, x-ray examinations are conducted in a timely fashion with minimal discomfort to the resident/patient. All completed within the confidence of their own room and familiar surroundings.
